Project Description

840 Atlantic Avenue is located in the Prospect Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, a few blocks away from Barclays Center. The site currently holds a drive-through McDonald’s with surface parking. IMC Architecture was responsible for the successful rezoning efforts to change the site into a C6-3X & C6-3A zone. The end result yielded an 18-story mixed-use building. The development will contain roughly 25,000 SF of commercial, a 10,000 SF dance studio space and 282,000 SF of residential floor area containing 316 dwelling units, of which 95 will be designated as affordable.
