JONATHAN IMANI

AIA, NCARB

Jonathan loves seeing ideas become something tangible. He’s a skilled multitasker, managing internal teams, client relationships, and multiple projects at various stages. He’s responsible for due diligence on sites clients are looking to buy/develop, and guides clients on what can be built (according to the NYC zoning resolutions and regulations).

A native New Yorker, Jonathan understands that the space across the boroughs is finite. He’s passionate about finding creative ways to adapt and convert existing structures into functioning and efficient buildings.

Energetic and reliable, Jonathan is a dedicated client advocate. And he prides himself on helping developers realize their vision. Developers enjoy working with him because he’s not afraid to push the boundaries of design while still meeting regulations.

Warm and hands-on, Jonathan is always up for a challenge, and finds solutions and possibilities others can’t. He’s a natural people person, and is happiest when working in a team.

EUGENE MEKHTIYEV

AIA, LEED GA, REVITCP, NCARB

Don’t let Eugene’s quiet demeanor fool you. His quiet confidence and sharp intelligence are a deadly combination. Eugene’s pragmatic approach means he takes a calculated approach to design problems and is thoughtful in every decision he makes.

As Principal, Eugene is responsible for bringing designs to life. He oversees internal and external communication, prepares proposals, and manages the detailing, drawing, and documentation. He also enjoys the technical side of things, particularly executing complex construction details and documents in Revit and interpreting tricky codes.

As a child, Eugene loved to draw and paint. (He even won a few competitions!) He’d also spend hours taking computers apart and putting them back together. For Eugene, architecture is the perfect pairing of the creativity of art with the technical application.

Eugene is a calm and trustworthy leader who has helped mentor, inspire, motivate, and support the team through hundreds of successful projects. Warm and friendly, he easily develops relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors. Put simply, he’s the type of guy you want on your side.

DOMINICK CASALE

AIA, NCARB

When Dom dedicates himself to something, he’s all in. He’s got the patience of a saint and a natural curiosity that drives him to constantly learn and then share that knowledge with others.

Dom approaches each project with an open mind but comes armed with a deep knowledge of NYC regulations and codes. His knowledge, combined with construction and economics, has led to successful large-scale projects — commercial, retail, workplace, education — being delivered all over New York.

Day to day, Dom is responsible for project management, reviewing codes and zoning regulations, quality control, construction administration, and proposal procurement.

He particularly enjoys navigating the world of codes and constraints to come up with practical solutions. Dom believes that rather than trying to force a solution, you need to look at the surrounding context and past projects throughout history and let the problem solve itself.

Put simply, Dom is a total problem-solving whiz with a deep understanding of NYC regulations. He's a real asset to any project thanks to his smarts and know-how.
