Project Description

94 Harvest Avenue is a one-and-a-half-story Cape Cod-style home renovation on Staten Island. The roof was raised to create more space while pairing original brick with a modern, lightweight panel addition. The interior was fully gutted and redesigned for a modern aesthetic with new windows, building envelope, and mechanical system. Sustainability was key here with all brick being reused onsite and the addition of new energy-efficient systems.
